Steel Pipe for Spud Pipe

Spud pipe is typically created from large OD, heavy wall steel pipe. This steel pipe is used to anchor a barge in place while in the water. There are spuds at each corner of the barge and the spud is driven into the river bottom or sea floor for increased stability. Alpha Pipe supplies new pipe, used pipe and surplus pipe for these types of projects.
